Pranayama and Meditation

Join Steve this Tuesday at Archive Gallery for pranayama and meditation. Steve will guide you to move, practice breathwork. such as even count breathing and alternate nostril breathing, followed by a 15 min silent meditation. The pranayama is great for regulating the nervous system and bringing awareness to the breath. Most importantly it strengthens our attention and concentration. There are a limited number of spots so reach out to reserve. It doesn’t matter if this is your first time or you practice breathwork regularly. Being surrounded by all the beautiful books is an added bonus. Reach out to Steve with any questions.
