Join Steve this Tuesday at Archive Gallery for pranayama and meditation. Steve will guide you through breathwork and silent meditation. Pranayama, the practice of controlling the breath, helps regulate the nervous system and brings awareness to the act of breathing and the breath itself. Most importantly it strengthens attention and concentration. Whether you’re new to breathwork or you have a regular practice, you’ll find yourself exactly where you need to be.
